The oven is solid nothing in it has broken. I had LG appliances at my old home and when we bought our next home I was excited to buy all new lg appliances. The thing I dont like about this oven is that it takes a LONG time to get to temperature.

The 1st service man was very efficient. Was able to address the issue forward photos to management get approval to order replacement. Then I have a second serviceman show up and say there is nothing wrong. You have photos of my issues. My unit is not even a year old. My door edges are charged and you can see that other than that my oven is prestine. I hardly ever use it. And I tell you one thing. If this is not replaced and causes a fire your company will be Totally responsable. I must have this replaced so I have the confidence to use it without worrying about a fire. Thx
