They came with our home. I am so pleased to have two large ovens. No more shuffling food around. Pretty too.

So far almost everything I've cooked in the oven has either come out burned or I have had to make adjustments to the time and temperature. This unit was in the house we purchased. I would not have chosen to put a double oven in simply because the microwave placed above it is almost unusable. At 5'5" a double oven this large puts the microwave above my head. I have to get a step stool just to clean it. I'm waiting for the day that I dump something hot on my head because the entire unit is ridiculously tall.

This unit came through the home builder. Not sure if it a lemon or if it is the product but unfortunately we figured out the problem after warranty expired. When oven reaches temp it beeps, we found that it beeped a full 150 degrees lower than expected. No wonder my usual recipes didn’t work. I expect to replace when affordable.

I had my house built 13 months ago. We have had nothing but problems. The oven has a preheating mode that is incorrect 90% of the time. When the preheating is done it will beep to inform you. It will display 400°, for instance. If you shut the oven off and immediately set it to 400° again, it will display a temperature around 250°. This consistently burned cookies, cakes, chicken without the middle being cooked. Fast forward 13 months, we used the self-cleaning feature for the first time. It cracked the interior glass. I called Whirlpool, without even asking what the issue was, the person tells me that I am out of warranty by 1 month and asks if I would like to purchase extended warranty. Since there were no recalls, they would not honor a warranty. I have a double oven, refrigerator and dishwasher from Whirlpool, but I will never, ever buy another product from them. Not only do they have sub-par products, they have sub-par customer service.
