We purchased this in 2017 and after 6 months, started getting open door errors. We have been able to "work" around this issue. We did have it serviced at an additional fee for the known problem according to the service person that came out. It has started up again and I am growing increasingly frustrated. We purchased all new appliances with the idea that they all match. I don't know that I would purchase another Maytag microwave at this time.

Like the big square tray and juice and quiet exact fan works great

I bought about a month ago because the finish on the old one was so discolored.....think happened from boiling sweet corn this summer......the steam from it.....really don't know why .the old one worked good after 7 years use but unhappy about the finish. Hope this new one stays as is when bought. the glide tray is really neat !

Terrible number pad

Very disappointed with the unresponsiveness of the number pad. It takes an unexpected amount of pressure to have the number accepted. Also, there are too many useless cooking choices included on the number pad and they are extremely cumbersome to use. Would be better off with a more user friendly number pad with a feather touch.
