Bad quality and customer service

I would give this a -10 rating, if o could. I bought this stove top back in 2010. It has made the ticking noise like it wants to keep lighting since we bought it. I called and had warranty people come out for warranty repairs and all they did was file the little tip of the igniter. I called numerous times, but no one ever fixed the problem. I asked for them to replace the stove top, due to it being a “lemon”, but they refused. I finally gave up when the warranty ended. I think that is their “MO”, to wear you down so you give up. I would NOT recommend buying this stove top!! It still “ticks”, I’m finally looking for a replacement,

This is the second exact one I bought in 3 years . I sold the house the first KitchenAid was in and when I remodel my new home I did not hesitate to buy another.

Very nice design with high and low capacity burners. Easy to clean and nicely laid out.
