I have had no issues with it so far the past month we have used it. It cleans easily and heats up fast. It is also pretty resistant to scratches so far.

I bought this to replace my old outdated jenn air coil top. It looks so much better. I was concerned over the maintenance and fragility of the ceramic top but I am no longer. I was able to install with minimal modification to my existing cutout. The instructions provided were very clear with the cut out size specifications and wiring diagrams.Heating is very quick and I need to adjust down since the hi is much higher than my old cooktop.Cleaning is easy with the right products. It includes a sample bottle of the cerama bryte that did a nice job so I bought a larger size. You usually need to buff the top after each use once it is cool. Anyone that cares about cleaning will probably have a hard time because you have to wait and cleaning as you go will not cover it.
