King's Deal Match Guarantee
If you find a lower advertised deal on the same available brand and model and condition prior to your purchase or up to 30 days after, we will match that deal. Simply bring in the ad of the local retail competitor to a King’s Great Buys Plus store, while the lower deal is in effect and we will match the competitor’s deal (and sometimes we will even match our own deal if we have a price drop or special offer from a manufacturer in the specified timeframe).
The guarantee does not apply to our competitors' website pricing and the guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors':
- Offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors and mail-in offers
- Items that are limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished/used items and items for Special Sales Events such as Holiday events.

Who is considered a local retail competitor?
A retail store that is located in the same market area as your local King’s Great Buys Plus store.
What is considered "proof" of deal?
If you have already purchased the item, the best way to show proof of deal is to bring in your original King’s Great Buys Plus receipt, plus the competitor's current ad, sales receipt, work sheet or quote. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower deal and availability of the item.
How do you handle a deal match if the King’s Great Buys Plus deal includes a promotional offer such as a free gift card or rebate?
The King’s Great Buys Plus net purchase deal is calculated by deducting the value of all instant and mail-in discounts such as rebates, free offers and promotional gift cards. Existing rebates and free offers associated with a product purchased at King’s Great Buys Plus will not apply if a deal match is executed.
How do you handle a deal match if the competitor's deal includes a rebate or other promotional offer?
The competitor's net purchase deal is calculated by deducting instant discounts taken at the register such as instant rebates. Mail-in rebates and other deferred savings are not deducted from the competitor's purchase deal.
How do you handle a deal match if an instant gift card is included with a purchase?
The value of an instant gift card with purchase will be considered when calculating a deal match. If the combined value of a competitor's product and instant gift card is lower than the combined value of King’s Great Buys Plus's product deal and instant gift card, King’s Great Buys Plus will match either the deal or the instant gift card value, depending on the offer.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low deal for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for deal matching. Likewise, if King’s Great Buys Plus has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for deal matching.
Are King’s Great Buys Plus services eligible for deal matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed, King’s Great Buys Plus does not match competitors' service deals. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery and installation.
Can I have my deal match request processed over the phone or online?
We are currently not able to process your request over the phone or online. However, if you have questions regarding the policy please do not hesitate to drop by or call the store where your purchase was made.
Does King’s Great Buys Plus match deals of Internet retailers?
King’s Great Buys Plus does not match the deals of Internet-only retailers or the online only offers of our local retail competitors. If you find a local retail competitor honoring its own online deals, we'll match their deal. Eligible items must be the same brand and model, in the same condition and currently in stock at the local retail competitor’s store.
